To All Individual Care Needs

Visiting Care – Little And Often

Visiting care provides the support you need when you need it. With assistance from as little as half an hour per week and up to a specified number of visits a day. A visiting carer can make a real difference.
It can be difficult for individuals to accept that maybe it’s time to acknowledge that they need a little help. It may be a need to help with those physical tasks, housekeeping, or specific personal care following discharge from hospital. Whatever those need might be, a regular visit can make all the difference and doesn’t need to be a daunting prospect.

We’re here when you need it most. From support with your medication and going to the toilet through to knowing your favourite meal and whether you prefer a bath or shower, our fully regulated visiting care service lets you continue living the life you want, on your terms.

Kinds Care Ltd can offer specialist support for people living with types of dementia as well as care in the home for those with multiple sclerosis or facing challenges after a stroke.

We know that asking for help can be difficult at times. We are here to walk you through your visiting care options as well as the costs involved. Call us today to speak to one of our team.

Call Us To Discuss Your Options

Just pick up the phone and give us a call. Our devoted team speak to a wide diversity of families every week, understanding and discussing the benefits of care and what it can provide in return. This is an informal chat and a chance for you to ask any questions you may have in return for a response that will go some way to allay any fears you might have regarding a request for help.

Meeting Your Local Manager

The next step is a little more formal and an opportunity to get together to meet one of our care practitioners. This meeting will build on earlier discussions and look at confirming the level of support required as well as setting your expectations.

We will then prepare a personal care plan. This document will detail all your needs, including any medication, mobility, or routines issues. This flexible approach will allow your care plan to evolve and underpins the service you will receive.

Our professional and devoted care teams work within their local areas so there is a strong possibility that they are already providing support in your local community already.

We will source a carer to meet your needs and we will arrange a meeting before care begins to give you that added piece of mind.
